SECTION 01 / ELIGIBILITY
Credentials, Please
You must be 21 or older to attend and must present valid government-issued identification at the door. Admission is $20 cash. Any under-25 pricing is offered at the club's discretion and may require proof of age.
SECTION 02 / ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Material Risk Factors
Board Meeting events take place at third-party venues. Attendance involves ordinary social-event risks, including slips, falls, crowding, venue conditions, illness, and the actions of other attendees. You knowingly and voluntarily assume those risks. To the fullest extent permitted by New York law, you release Board Meeting NYC and its organizers, hosts, and volunteers from claims arising from attendance, including claims based on ordinary negligence.
SECTION 03 / ALCOHOL
Liquid Assets
Drink responsibly. Do not drive while impaired. Venue staff and hosts may refuse service or ask anyone to leave. You remain responsible for your own consumption, transportation, decisions, and conduct.
SECTION 04 / CONDUCT
Hostile Takeovers Require Consent
Consent is mandatory for every touch, flirt, and follow-up. “No” ends the negotiation. Harassment, discrimination, threats, and outing another person are prohibited. Hosts may remove anyone who violates these standards, without refund.
SECTION 05 / DISCRETION
Proprietary & Confidential
What's said in the boardroom stays in the boardroom. Do not share another member's identity, photograph, personal information, or chat messages outside the club without their clear permission.
SECTION 06 / PHOTO & MEDIA
On the Record
Events may be photographed or recorded for Board Meeting NYC's Instagram and other club communications. Tell a host or the photographer if you prefer not to be photographed. We will remove a published photo of you upon request.
SECTION 07 / PRIVACY
Member Information
We use member information to operate accounts, RSVPs, communications, safety, and the directory features you choose. We do not sell personal data. Review the Privacy Policy for details and deletion instructions.
SECTION 08 / GOVERNING TERMS
New York Desk
New York law governs this agreement. If one provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. By submitting an RSVP, you confirm that you have read and accepted the current agreement for that event.
