01 / ACCEPTANCE
By creating an account, using the site, joining a club-managed community space, or RSVPing, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Member Agreement & Release.
02 / ACCOUNTS
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and tell us if your account may be compromised. You are responsible for activity through your account.
03 / EVENTS
Admission is subject to age verification, venue rules, capacity, host discretion, and the Member Agreement. An RSVP does not override a venue’s right to refuse entry or service.
04 / CONDUCT
Consent and respect are mandatory. No harassment, discrimination, threats, unwanted contact, or outing another person. We may restrict access, remove content, cancel an RSVP, or remove a member without refund when needed to protect the community.
05 / MEMBER CONTENT
You remain responsible for content you post. Do not share private club messages, another member’s image, or personal information without permission. You grant us the limited rights needed to display content you intentionally submit within the service.
06 / THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
Instagram, maps, venues, calendar tools, and authentication providers operate under their own terms. We do not control their services.
07 / AVAILABILITY
The site and club services are provided as available. We may change, suspend, or discontinue features or events. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss.
08 / NEW YORK
New York law governs these Terms. If one term is unenforceable, the remaining terms remain effective.
